Yes, there is disruption, but that's because it is the UKs biggest transport infrastructure currently being built.
Skeletons are being dug up, that has to be investigated. There doesn't appear to be a 100% understanding of where every single utility pipe is ans then where they lead to - there is now.
Yet that's not the issue, the issue is having an MSP who doesn't see forward enough (certainly not past the election date) to see the benefits the trams will eventually bring to Edinburgh.
Look at Manchester, local people hated them because of the disruption when they were being built and now love them.
Perhaps the MSP should get behind the project rather than trying to disrupt - time for some sense out of our politicians.

It's easy to be negative for a short-term gain in popularity. But the simple fact is that trams are good for any city and profide cheap and efficient public transport.
How many cities does one hear about nowadays who are getting rid of their tramways in order to encourage the use of cars and buses?
