As many of my regular readers will know I blogged in August about this fascinating boat, and if you scroll under the actual blog posting many of you have been keeping us all up to date with the future travels of Le Grand Bleu after it left Leith Harbour here in Edinburgh.
No sightings though since it left Sandown Bay 5 days ago, so if anyone knows where it is please let us know as there are a few of my readers following it, if only for fun.

Hey, she's a whopper aint she!
Le Grand Bleu is currently sat just a few hundred yards away from my balcony, soaking up the sunshine off the coast of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight.
We passed The Grand Bleu last Sunday 13th September when we were on the Princess Pocahontas returning from a cruise to the Estuary Forts. We took a number of photographs and a video clip including a helicoptor taking off.
Le Grand Bleu has just returned to Yarmouth , Isle of Wight after a few days absence. For a supposed staff of 50 it shows very little signs of life - is it The Marie Celeste?? It disappeared suddenly after I had been looking at it through some binoculars on Tuesday - obviously likes it's privacy!!
Freshwater Bay this pm. No sign of helicopter. Not keen to have canoeists about!
Back anchored off Yarmouth over the weekend. Sailed round her quite close and no-one seemed too bothered. Plenty of cleaning activity on board, including Bellatrix, the beautiful 22m sailing yacht that rides piggy-back on board. Also someone swinging around dangling off the side near the bow for some reason - some odd scratches around there so maybe he was examining what needed doing as a touch-up
Le Grand Bleu is re-fuelling in St Peter Port harbour Guernsey at this moment, I am watching her out of my office window - WOW!
Can confirm in St Peter Port harbour - looking out of my office window is kinda distracting!
It sat in the Thames estuary for weeks in September. Just off the lovely Canvey Island. Then went to Blue Town for freshwater.
Anecdotally a refuel in Cowes cost £125,000 to fill 'er up!
The yacht is moored today 9 October 2009 in St Peter Port, Guernsey having just left the Isle of Wight.
Called in at St Peter Port, Guernsey for fuel on Friday 9 October. Took on 100 tons of diesel at an estimated cost of £80,000 plus Parking Fee of a further £1000. Reported as being on the way to the Azores.
Stunning to see Le Grand Bleu here in Horta/Faial Azores! Haven't seen anything like that since the pre-Cannes rush of yachts returning from the Carribean to the Mediterranean in May.
The Grand Bleu is currently docked in the Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, FL. I just passed her today with my little yacht ;-)
Port records show her in Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, FL until the 7th of Nov.
10/23rd - she is at the cruise ship terminal near the 17th St Bridge probably in for the Ft Laud boat show - she is the prettiest of all.
